From reception to your room had to walk all around the other block, room was very small and cramped

Lovely room, spacious, clean. Nice pool. Excellent location.

The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They set up our visit to an excellent elephant sanctuary and got cabs for us at reduced rates. The location was excellent.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Great location... within old town which can be quite hectic but close to many recommended sites.

The ‘design room ‘ without window is way too small for the price I paid compared with other similar B & B in Chiangmai. it looks like a store room converted to a room for single travellers. Good side is this B & B is clean all around, with a decently small size swimming pool at the heart of Chiangmai.

Convenience location, clean and people are very helpful.

To start the Lana Tree has two properties! They are close together they are not connected! I book with friends and we end up at separate properties I changed my room but did lose my money for the room at the one property as it was a no refund deal. Moved to the other property and the deal wasn’t anything wonderful as I could have got the same deal on line. On that note the hotel is decent room was nice, staff were exceptional (that the value to this property) would I stay here again probably not!

Very clean, great location, simple but good western breakfast, reception staff are very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend and would stay again

We love the Lanna Tree boutique. They were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious for our trip in Chiang Mai. The location was good in old town 10 minute walks to most temples and restaurants. The front desk called a taxi for us to the airport for 150 baht.
