Wonderful stay excellent hotel. Would stay again. Breakfast was well stocked. Feedback stuff, service good but intermittent. The Bar’s were very nice but a tad pretentious

I was welcomed by a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite in a connected building. We use the o2 regularly and we were disappointed with the standard of apartments in comparison to the hotel. This actually felt a downgrade and was disappointing given the price we paid for the hotel rooms which we enjoy.
Our group had 5 apartments. The tv didn’t work in two rooms and the air con failed to keep any of the rooms clean.
Everything on the hotel side was lovely however we would prefer not to be “upgraded” to the apartments in future

Staff were really nice, warm and welcoming, they were very accommodating, room was clean but very hot, overall I would recommend staying here. Both nights were fantastic

The guy who checked me in was so lovely as well as the lady who checked me out. His name was Harman or something similar and the lady was Ellie or Ella. She did give me a card but I misplaced it. Both of them listened and helped accommodate my stay so I could work in the morning peacefully from my room. Great facility and love the 24hour room service which is amazing for after a show.

Highly recommended hotel.
Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access.
Staff professional and friendly.
