Assistance is a text message away- their response time is quick. I take my kids every year, we enjoy the activities and the water park area.

When we arrived, they did not have a room. Was sent to another resort 30 minutes away but they didn’t tell them we were coming. Received two studio rooms in different buildings. Finally at 245 in the morning, we got to go to bed. We were all so tired the next morning from too little sleep, it ruined our day. Not helpful!

It was excellent alots to do

For the price of the resort - you don't really get much. You have to pay for all the fun kid activities, pay for cabanas, there aren't enough cooking supplies to make a meal in the kitchen, they don't swap out towels - they expect you to wash them and reuse - but don't supply enough laundry detergent, the room wasn't too clean. Floors were super dusty; no one comes by to clean up. it's a resort - but it feels like an extended stay. if you are flying in from out of town - be prepared to spend a lot on cooking and cleaning while you are there.

I love this place….!!! Definitely a destination to try with your family….!!

Everything thing was nice everybody was friendly but my niece and her 2kids got stuck in the elevator on the second floor scared us and the kids now they don’t won’t ride on one again ….we will stay next year

Loved how spacious and clean the rooms were. Private & plenty of space. Easily accessible parking to room. Waterpark was nice, with bar area. Lots of activities for kids.

If you are considering staying at Aqua Sol, a Hilton Vacation Club, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our stay fell far below acceptable standards. Aggressive Timeshare Pitches: At the parking desk, staff heavily pressures guests into a high-pressure timeshare and Hilton points sales presentation just to get through check-in. Got the room keys they didn’t work had to wait 30 minutes outside the front door with 2 kids and luggage it was 95 outside. Run-Down Facilities & Roaches: The property is severely run-down with outdated, worn fixtures. Worst of all, we found multiple roaches in our room, which is unacceptable for a major brand. Bizarre Pool Closures: The pool area is bogged down by overly strict rules and was shut down for "lightning" while there were completely clear blue skies and zero storms in sight. Hidden Post-Checkout Fees: After leaving, we were slapped with unexpected extra resort charges that were never disclosed during our stay. Save your money and book elsewhere. Way better choices in the area.

Area of improvement is check in avoiding guests lines and rooms available upon guests check in at 11PM EST as they reserved. Asking guests if they would like to attend timeshare presentation off the property and not just enrolling guests and charging a $300 refundable deposit
