Great business hotel

The staff was very nice and had several employees who understood English.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip. The service was excellent—my room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had two meetings with my suppliers at the hotel, and it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, so it felt like having a private dinner. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

The staff at the lounge treated me like a family member. Will be back to the hotel every time I go to Ningbo.

I have stayed here many times before Covid. First time back and all guests are now Chinese and not many staff speak English. only one choice of white wine and it's too sweet for me. Italian restaurant still good and executive lounge. Shangri-la hotel is now a better choice.

A great hotel for business travelers. Clean room, good breakfast and convenient location.

The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room. I stayed at a Club Room on 27th floor. There were not enough lightings along the windows causing me to struggle to pack up my bags at night.

The check in was easy and very informative. When we got off of the elevator on our level there was a dusty and dingy carpet smell. The room was very spacious compared to similarly priced rooms we’ve stayed at comparable hotels. The breakfast had plenty of Chinese and a few western options. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.
