We stayed here as a family and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the restaurant was very good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was one serious issue during our stay. The hotel accidentally issued our room key to another guest, who entered our room unexpectedly. Fortunately, nothing was lost and the staff apologised after the incident. While we appreciated the service, this was a significant security concern and I hope the hotel reviews its key card procedures to prevent it happening again. Overall, a good hotel with friendly staff, but room security management needs improvement.

Great hotel and good location, just be aware of how close it is to the highway. We were aware and it did not bother us. Great outdoor space and good breakfast.

Rooms are basic

Hotel could do with a revamp. No one on reception when I arrived at 9.30. Waited for 10 minutes. Kitchen closed. No food options. Charged additional €12 to park. Just include in the price.

Overall very relaxing stay. Location is close to Brugge. Staff extremely helpful and guided us through. Breakfast was good with lots of hot options. Boys used the Table tennis and pool table. There’s basket ball court too. Room was a bit compact for us but after we aired it seemed ok to us. Parking available onsite free with security code. Our room was away from the motorway so I couldn’t hear any noise. But they provided ear plugs.

Very helpful staff - quiet location

Hotel and rooms are old in general. Not well maintained in places. We booked two rooms and at first one of the rooms had a terrible smell. We reported to front desk and luckily they had another room available. Otherwise I couldn't imagine staying in that room even for a minute.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The bathrooms and toilets are very old and look quite tired. The shower curtain was visibly dirty along the bottom edge, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The floors and carpets throughout the room also felt worn and outdated. In addition, the cups provided in the room were cheap plastic, which gave the room a lower-quality feel. Another disappointment was the parking situation: we booked through Expedia and had to pay for parking, while it apparently would have been free if the reservation had been made directly through the hotel’s website. Overall, while the staff were great, the facilities and overall condition of the hotel really need updating.
