Twas great. Little slow at the front desk but nothing to write home about.

Great location with many restaurants nearby and Centennial Park. Transit station across the street.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff provides excellent service.

Breakfast is really good. Place is clean, room was spacious, place has a good vibe overall.

Arrived at the hotel and while checking in, it was brought to my attention that we needed a credit card to pay a $200 security deposit, don’t have a credit card as I don’t want any debt! This was a huge issue. Offered to give $500 security deposit cash, refused, offered $1000 refused. Had to spend over £100 on a call to transfer funds to my debit card which resulted in stupid fees and a crappy exchange rate. Ridiculous, not everyone has a credit card. Finally checked in, room for 3 guests. 1 bed made up, sofa bed not made up, no sheets, no bedding and no pillows another trek to the reception. 1 sheet, and 1 pillow left! Not a great impression. Told by manager that breakfast was at 6:30am up and ready for it and it’s 7 am, no good for us as we had to leave for our flight. Booked hotel as it stayed free breakfast, pool and Free shuttle No shuttle Pool was okay. Rescued a bug from it then got tangled up in a mighty amount of disgusting hair. Put me right off. Not a pleasant experience for what was a very expensive stay.

The breakfast was great and when we had a bbq for the team, the staff was very helpful.

Good location a large room

Had to fight to the death for early check-in. No wi-fi. No sheets on foldout sofa bed. TV situated such that it was impossible to watch. Free breakfast was good.rate reasonable and location good. No glasses in bathroom. OK for an overnight stay but wouldn’t last a week here.
