Great place to stay at. Clean, safe, well-maintained, respectful and the location is very convenient.

I had booked this hotel through expedia for a fixed rate. After getting home I realized my card was charged over $500 more than it should have been. Upon calling, the staff member told me because they overbooked and upgraded our room, they increased the prices for each night. We were never informed of this upgrade and the room was a basic standard room. The staff member told me they would reimburse me the $531 but it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting. Very shady on the staffs part. Secondly, the AC kept shutting off before it got down to a temperature we set it to on the hottest weekend of the year so far (95 degrees) and the parking is a ripoff ($51 a night) when you’re already spending enough to stay there.

Very nice room, easy fast checkin, convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay here again.

The parking garage was a nightmare!! Don't drive a truck in the parking garage, drive a car! We checked out a day early and they wouldn't refund us for the room because we ordered through Expedia.

I wish they had ppl to help with the luggage upstairs but other than that it was a perfect stay

Great location close to DCA and Crystal City Metro.

We only got a Room for One Night, as we had an Early Morning Departure. It was on the 1st Floor, and a few Doors down was a Conference Room, that was being used for a Conference. The Bathroom Bathtub/Shower did NOT drain. It was 8pm at night and we weren’t staying up late for Maintenance. My Husband was able to take the Drain Stopper out, and it was CLOGGED with so much Hair, and the Drain Pipe was STILL draining extremely slow. The Bathroom Cold Water Handle did NOT work. The Restaurant for Dinner did NOT have a Menu, or posted pricing for planning ahead for Dinner. We did walk out of the Property and down the Street found an Irish Restaurant. Check in for smooth.

The front desk staff are friendly but the shuttle driver is not who should be trained.
