The hotel, overall, was decent. They were rebuilding the pool area and it could be noisy at times. I was disappointed that we stayed in the South Tower and had to walk across the parking lot and through the other building to get to the beach. I was also disappointed that our view was the construction area instead of the ocean.

We had a problem with the room, but the staff was helpful and acted quickly to resolve the situation with the room. The grounds were under construction 🏗 but was quiet you hardly heard them at all. Everyone was nice there, had a wonderful time. There was plenty of things to do, and many good restaurants in area.

Pool was closed entire stay due to construction, but the hotel next door let us use theirs. Other than than that 5 stars. Can’t wait to stay again

Great place to stay with a great view

The property was under construction. We stayed in the south tower and had to always walk through the north tower to get to the beach. Once the construction is completed it will be fantastic!

Currently this property has no pool and parking is limited. You may have to park across the street. The rooms are nice.

Everything was great. I will b3 back yearly! New pool on the way!!!

Pool area and beach side of motel was under construction and closed. Sewer smell in stair way. Staff was friendly. Honestly this place should not be open until the repairs are completed

My stay at the Cove is always pleasant, and I generally enjoy visiting the property. The only issue I experienced during this stay was that the pool maintenance closure was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website prior to booking my room. This was disappointing, as access to the pool was one of the amenities my family and I were looking forward to enjoying. Additionally, the room we were assigned did not have any ocean view whatsoever. While I was disappointed by this, I understand that there were no other available rooms to which we could be relocated. Overall, the staff was courteous, and the stay was enjoyable, but I believe guests should be informed in advance of any major amenity closures and room view limitations so they can make informed booking decisions.
