The pool was nice it could've been opened later than 9pm. My kitchen had no hot water. My dishwasher didn't work. And the toaster didn't work. First morning there started getting charges for more than my deposit... I only had the deposit amount on my card. 150$. Every single day multiple times a day they attempted to charge me and different amounts each time. Confronted them they said it's not them.. says residence inn guys... we used uber our entire trip to get everywhere we were going only ro check out and receive a bill saying I parked there. Never parked there. Noone ever came to clean or change or sheets or offer new towels or toliet paper. We had to ask them for towels and stuff. The maid even got mad at me for telling the front desk we needed stuff almost an inconvenience for her...I'm disappointed

Rooms were small and dirty. Our first room, the toilet was clogged and full of feces. The mattresses are thin and you can feel every spring. The pullout bed is 10x worse. Our TV was broken, there was a big line in the middle. Our closet was jammed and when it was finally freed the safe almost fell on my husband’s foot. We had asked for extra pillows and we were told they had “ran out” of pillows. The AC wouldn’t go past 72 degrees so our rooms were hot! Horrible experience overall. Not what I would expect for a Marriott line, completely dissatisfied.

We stayed here in June 2026 for a quick overnight before checking into our Disney resort . The hotel was clean. It did seem like it needed an upgrade though. The manager Aymen was extremely helpful and was able to bring us gluten free breakfast options and made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything else . It was a good place to stay for what we needed and for 5 of us including 3 kids under 12 .

Clean and well maintained. Breakfast is bland , I liked the Mickey Mouse waffle makers . The shuttle was useless . And the WiFi didn’t work

The breakfast is enjoyable. I love the outdoor seating area especially with the lights. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The only thing I dislike is how hotels are now charging to pay to park.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and nice but floors a little dirty.

Room AC has an eco-mode setting that shut the ac off if motion was not detected. Maintenance had to be called daily to deactivate the setting, since they’re the only ones that could do it. That was annoying.

Everything was to our liking. Spacious room. Quiet. Pricing was great. Helpful staff. Clean.
