とても良い We were pleased with the improments made at this property since our last visit a year ago, The Carpets were clean, the rooms were improved, and even though one elevator was out one day, it was back in business the next day,

The walls in the room were dirty, the ac vent was broken. The beds were comfortable. (two double beds) However, they do not fit two adult comfortably. Staff was kind and courteous.

Bugs in my room, hair in the shower like it wasn’t even cleaned. None of the ice machines worked. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. Terrible hotel!

The property is literally melting with wet spots on the ceiling. Room is updated but not cleaned properly. Pee spots on the toilet seats, mold in corners of the bathroom... really disturbing.

Good price for the proximity to downtown DC, but absolutely no frills. A single microwave and elevator for the whole building, no mini fridge in the rooms, no gym or pool, etc. $25 parking per day! I should've just splurged a little to get a better hotel.

no microwave no refrigerator no coffee pot. The commode water ran off and on all the time, even though it wasn’t being flushed.
