You have ti pay to park even if you are staying their about $10 a date

All of the staff were nice, other than one who seemed like they could be a supervisor or manager. They seemed bothered or too busy when I had a question about checkout. Our room smelled terrible and the hotel felt old and dingy. This was definitely a much lower quality location than the price reflected. Also, there must’ve been a leak issue or something in the room across the hall from ours. Someone was running a shop vac in the bathroom area (with the room door open) for quite a while at nearly 11pm. We had to be up at 4:30am the next morning, so that was inconvenient to say the least.

If you book for more than one night they do not service your room. Bed won’t be made, no towels, no coffee given. This has happened to me twice so no accident. I went to the desk about it and they were not willing to make any amends. Their breakfast is always nice.

The room was clean and nice. Breakfast is served 6:00 to 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast. At 9:40 a staff member was looking around tapping her fingers on a table, seemed irritated we all were still in there eating. She was sweeping around our area and others as we were eating. I was getting a cup of coffee to take with me at 9:50 and they closed the doors to the food area. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausage and cheese egg omelets. The real potatoes were seasoned and good. I understand the staff member wanted to get her job done, but rushing folks when breakfast hasn't ended, was ridiculous.

The property is conveniently located near the airport. The hotel seems well maintained, but someone had previously smoked in our "non-smoking room" and the smell lingered. By 8:00 the breakfast was well picked over, so we decided to dine off site. The parking fee is annoying - it seems clearly a money grab - and it includes an additional 10% "service fee," plus a 7.5% sales tax - which added to the annoyance. There are a lot of great hotel options within a few miles - next time we visit, we will try a different hotel.
