The front desk clerk was very nice and personable. The room was also nice .The only complaint I have is that the hair conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty.

Staff was friendly. However, the elevator never worked. We were on the 4th floor and had to constantly use the stairs.
We would bring this to the attention of the crew, yet there was never a resolution which made the stay difficult given bags and kids.
Please fix the elevator or let customers know ahead of time. For it was known by the staff that the elevators were an issue.

良い I had a few rooms I was picking between, and after reading the raving reviews on how clean and awesome this place was I decided this was the place to get.
Boy, we were disappointed.
The place wasn’t awful. But not great. The lobby makes the place look nice. But the room is old, smells funny, not cleaned well (pubs on bathroom counter, and various other things).
For the price, I guess not bad.
I would pick another property in the future.

There was a squishy wet spot on the carpeting just in front of the fridge. I did not spill anything. Also whatever cleaning product/room freshener used was WAY too strong. Otherwise a great stay.

The room had a strong smell of dampness. It was clean, but smelly. Everything else was fine. They had coffee and tea station all day, and the tables in the breakfast area were available at all times. Very conveniently located between two major universities, and just half an hour to the airport.

Great hotel. My go to when I travel to Durham, NC. Reasonable rates, clean rooms and property, friendly staff, near food and shopping, and safe.
