Good service

Nicely maintained hotel in a good area.

The guest service team was genuinely helpful and made an effort to resolve the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very disappointing incident. We were initially assigned the wrong room, and because of excessive air conditioning noise, the hotel moved us to another room. During that room change, my sister’s shopping bag disappeared. We reported it immediately, and the hotel assured us they would investigate thoroughly. After their investigation, we were informed that they were unable to locate the bag. The missing bag contained gifts and souvenirs that we had carefully purchased during our trip. It is difficult to understand how a bag containing personal belongings could simply disappear during a hotel-assisted room transfer. While the hotel was unable to determine what happened, the lack of any explanation is deeply concerning, especially since guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe. Although the financial value was only approximately €200, the sentimental value of the items was far greater, as many of the souvenirs cannot be replaced. And it could have been more valuable items that got lost. This experience has significantly affected our confidence in staying at NH Collection hotels in the future. While we appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the guest service staff, I believe the hotel needs stronger procedures to safeguard guests’ belongings and to ensure incidents like this do not happen again.

El desayuno estuvo excelente, una variedad de huevos, quesos, panes y frutas, café todo el que quisiéramos y para mi que lo principal del desayuno es el huevo, también los preparaban al gusto. Recomiendo tomar el desayuno sin duda.

The check in process was painfully slow, I think we waited close to 45 minutes just to get the keys for the rooms. The rooms were fine, small but clean. I would say they are certainly not worth the money, 450 euros a night is really a stretch for this hotel The location is great, walkable to everything. In general I don't think the hotel is worth it overall.
