Easy access to downtown as it is on the free c train in the central city area. Room was s good size and clean. Could hear the train if awake as it seemed to go all night . Didn't wake us though. Overall would recommend

Fact that the garage was not easily accessible caused a bit of dismay and we parked elsewhere. Knowing in advance how to access the Hotel 's garage would have been helpful.

Property next to the CTrain which made access to downtown and the free zone a great plus but also allowed some extra noise at night. Park across the street appeared to have many unhoused people but it was well patrolled and quiet at night.

There is road construction blocking the main parking entrance. It would have been helpful to have received a message about the issue and directions to alternate parking entrance. The loud airconditioning unit leaked in our room. We reported it and we're promptly moved. Phone didn't work in the new room and the air conditioning unit was noisy. They need some maintenance. Overall the staff and location worked great for us.

Staff was quick to respond to the shower door not closing in my room, maintenance fixed the next morning. They also provided clean towels as we requested additional on some days. House cleaning needs more attention to details, like replacing used drinking glasses on the bar with fresh ones. Only the 9th floor had ice vending machine working, the other two floors had machine issues so no ice available. The thermostat in our room seemed to be defaulting to 73 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the night. We were not able to get uninterrupted sleep since we woke up sweating and had to reset/lower the thermostat to our desired setting each night or early morning.
