The room was spacious and nice. The location is in a nice quiet area. Perfect for our family. The staff was nice and helpful with recommendations. I would definitely stay there again.

The bedding is comfortable and of good quality, and it’s great that there’s a fitness room open 24 hours. However, it was completely unacceptable that we had to queue for over 20 minutes for breakfast. We got up early at 6:30 a.m. to catch a coach and planned to have a quick meal, but the unexpected delay completely disrupted our plans. Even worse, when we asked the staff for assistance, we were left waiting without any meaningful help. When we finally entered the breakfast room, there were plenty of empty tables, yet guests were still being prevented from going in. I have never encountered such a long and poorly managed wait for breakfast in any hotel before.

Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We stored luggage prior to our check in and was able to send parcels to the hotel with no issues. Thank you for taking care of us.

Excellent property with several restaurants and a Seicoma attached. Centrally located to shopping, transit and many sites. One thing to note is that the rooms with one large bed are fairly small but there are larger rooms available

Convenient to have the airport bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Highly recommended! Starting off your day with their excellent breakfast buffet is a must!!!! Location is perfect and special thanks for the safety we felt, we experience an earthquake during our stay but we did not panic at all, with the safety features of the building structure itself nothing can go wrong. Staff were absolutely accommodating, polite and professional!!! Room is clean, smells good, quiet hallway plus the view of the city at night very relaxing!

Everything about the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo is excellent. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Even the elevators were quick, accessible and very quiet. Excellent water pressure, comfortable firm mattresses. Wifi was great. Staff was very friendly. Very close to everything I wanted to see and buy.

The room was smaller than expected based off of the pictures but it was still extremely clean and well taken care of.
