Great location, just in the middle of the Main Square, making it perfect to have a walk across the city at every time! We received a complimentary room upgrade, so the view was amazing!
The breakfast service was a bit rude, as it closes at 10am and we showed up at 9:50am. I couldn't actually get a 2nd cup of coffee at 10:03am, because the coffee machine was already out of service!
Staff at the main lobby were super nice to us, giving directions and restaurant recommendations!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chesky Krumlov. Well updated and room was very spacious. Reception staff was very kind to upgrade room for my anniversary celebration.

AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent.

This is a decent hotel in an incredible old town village. A bit noisy with the windows open. The staff were incredibly helpful with the multitude of our questions
