The staff were friendly. The AC was NOT working properly despite having a maintenance man on site…??? The pool and hot tub were phenomenal. I appreciated the laundry area and breakfast. The beds were very nice. Overall, okay just because of the AC not working to its fullest potential. It was stuck at 73 degrees and that is not the temperature my family and I are used to sleeping in. I’m just glad I only stayed one night.

Excellent place! Next to riverwalk mall and riverwalk, you do pay 40$ for parking for 5-24hrs . Thought i was in NY when he said that lol.

良い Nice location, nice Hotel, Excelent breakfast buffet. Self-parking available, means $38 dollars per car, per night, per room. No free parking at all unless you find a spot on the street down from Hotel. Also a $17.00 a night Distenation chearge per room per night. Things would be good to know ahead of time. Expedia list neither on booking bill.

Our room was great. Everything was as it should be. The only issue we had was the elevator service. we couldn’t get up and down the elevators because the hotel seemed to be overbooked. Breakfast in the morning was very hectic and we couldn’t get to the breakfast area because of the elevators being so backed up. you couldn’t take the stairs because they take you outside and they set off alarms. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful but if free breakfast is important to you go somewhere else.

Hidden fees , I was not expecting a Parking lot fee daily 40 dollars , also at the end of the stay once I was going to check out I was charged 120 for destination feee , which was ridiculous , hidden fees are terrible if you don’t have the money at the moment you will be screwed with an expense unexpected.
