The electrical outlets didn’t work in between the beds. The microwave wouldn’t open after we put our food in it. The heater panel was slightly off and the window didn’t close properly so we heard the traffic all night

This place doesn’t have its act together. The key entry to the back door didn’t work. The beside outlets didn’t work, there was no hairdryer or iron, and the remote to the shades didn’t work. I had to go down to the front desk twice to get a hairdryer, because no one answered the phone.
