Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay

Clean but out dated, AC were no sufficient in the room.

Room was clean. A/C didn’t cool off while we were there. The lobby and hallways were SO HOT! Staff was super friendly especially Sherwin! He suggested local food places.

I was given a room that the TV did not work and it did not have a window that I can see outside. I would not know if it was day or night. The only window the room had was facing the inside of the hotel in which anyone walking down the hall would have full visibility of me in my room. I was told there were no other rooms available if I didn't want the room they could cancel my reservation in a not so nice tone.

The service was excellent..two things I didn’t like about I had to pay for parking & resort fees

This hotel has had better days. Pool cabanas are in bad shape. Fans don’t work and are missing blades in 113 degree weather. There was one bartender/ waiter for the entire pool area. The lobby was hot as the AC was not working. They had industrial type fans in the lobby to help cool the lobby. The hallways to the room had little to no AC and were hot. The room AC was a bit better but never cooled enough even after lowering as much as possible. They are very understaffed. Went to breakfast at 9 am and it took 40 mins for one order. The staff there are clearly being spread thin. Rooms are dark and curtains look super old. Beds and bathroom was clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Amazing desert views from the balcony at sunrise and sunset. Location is perfect! Right in downtown and walking distance to everything. Hyatt should invest some money to upgrade this clearly forgotten hotel!

The staff were so kind and helpful. Resort feel. So many things to do and see with in walking distance. Everything was clean. Live music in the lobby was so fun.
