I had rang day before our arrival to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until after 6pm but before 7pm. It showed on website office hours were until 9pm. When I rang there was only an option to leave a message. No one returned my call. When we arrived at the property the reception was locked and in darkness. There were phone numbers on the door so I rang the number for the property and the manager answered, he seemed surprised no one was in reception to assist with check in but told me he would arrange something. After a 5-10 minute wait a girl came to give me the key for our room while on the phone to managed. After she got off the phone she told me she didn't even work there but showed us the direction to our room. Our room was clean and comfortable and close to main cbd. Also was reasonably priced. Have stayed here before and will again. They just need to improve the later check in process.

Great area not far from the beach and pier water’s edge and restaurants

Location close to everything ,rooms were spacious and beds super comfortable.

Great location Bathroom full of mould and sewerage smell coming from shower drain Couldn’t even used the bathroom this morning the smell was so bad There are no staff on site and I don’t think they really cared when I called them Very ungappy

Room was clean, shower head requires attention or replacing TV remote did not work so TV not available Reception not open when we left at 0900

Did not appreciate the staff knocking on the door to remind us of the checkout time at 10pm

Outstanding customer service I lost my room key at 2am and they where so accommodating and understanding I was able to get back into my room absolute legends

Older style motel. Good: Good value and location. Not-so-good: Stayed three nights – Fri/Sat/Sun – but never received any housekeeping (despite amenities saying 'daily'). Some in-room crockery was unclean (needed a wash before use). A leftover jumper in drawer and charging cable plugged into wall from previous guest(s). Gives the impression that there is minimal attention to cleanliness.

won’t stay here again

Room was filthy , smoke butts still in an ashtray, spilt food around the room , disgusting
