Our stay at Best Western at Patriots Point was excellent. I have nothing to say except we like having a coffee maker in our room. This hotel has excellent coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, but not coffee maker in the room.
We will be visiting again and bring our coffee maker too 😃
I think the friendly staff was my favorite part. It really matters and thank you.

Air conditioner in the room was noisy, made knocking, clanking noises all night but everything thing else was excellent! Clean room, helpful, friendly staff!

Musty smell throughout the hotel. Bathroom shower had some mold. Beds very firm and pillows were flat. Small rooms. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Staff was very friendly but that's about the only redeeming quality here. Would not stay there again.

We had a nice stay. The bed was very comfy, nice shower. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I liked the check in staff.

The hot water in the shower was barely warm. Didn't feel like that was a great shower. I enjoy hot showers not like warm. This was sad to me.
