The room was infested with ROACHES. NO hand towel or face towel. TV didn’t work, no instructions.

First room had no AC, roaches, and no sheets on the bed. Couldnt accomodate switching rooms and had to stay in that room for 1 day. The next room the next day had roaches and no sheets as well.

The property looked clean and decent in the listing photos, but the actual room was completely unacceptable.
When we arrived, the room was very dirty and in poor condition. There were cockroaches, the sheets had hair on them, and the bathroom was unclean. Overall, everything looked old, neglected, and not properly maintained. This was a serious hygiene issue and did not match what was advertised.

Full of roaches. I had been given a free room because I had a very bad experience at the first hotel booked and this place looks good on the website but it’s a locals hotel locals are living there and partying all night. The elevator was urinated in it was bad I couldn’t believe this was a hotel offered on the site.
