You cannot beat boutique hotels for friendliness and helpful staff.

Our stay at Boutique Relais Barozzi was absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. The location is simply perfect—tucked away on a quiet side street just steps from Piazza Navona, allowing us to experience the charm of Rome while still being within walking distance of nearly every major attraction. We rarely needed transportation and loved wandering through the beautiful surrounding streets filled with cafés, shops, and historic architecture. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, providing a wonderful retreat after long days of exploring the city. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and assistance. The property itself has a boutique feel that perfectly captures the elegance and character of Rome. What we appreciated most was how the hotel made us feel like we were living in the heart of the city rather than simply visiting it. Waking up each morning and stepping out into one of Rome's most beautiful neighborhoods was an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a charming, well-located, and memorable place to stay in Rome, Boutique Relais Barozzi is an easy 5-star recommendation. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the Eternal City.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the end of our trip to Rome! Spending the evening in the sauna and warm pool was such a nice bonus after long days of exploring. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the A/C worked amazingly well. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, they even brought our bags up to our room for us. The location was perfect too: very central, yet tucked away on a quiet little street. We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Rome!

Location was excellent, was close to the Piazza Navarro and other attractions. Very small reception and small staircase. No breakfast accommodation nearby. Customer service was not up to par. We had an issue that we didn’t have 2 people on the reservation. She did not seem to want to resolve issue. I gave up and just paid the difference.

The room was a bit small, ok for one person but the bathroom was cramped even for one person

Boutique Relais Barozzi & Spa was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. This quaint and charming boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area, making it easy to walk to many of Rome’s classic attractions, shops, and restaurants. The location really can’t be beat if you want to experience the charm and energy of old Rome. The property itself is cozy, inviting, and full of character. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. A charming centrally located spot that I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Rome.

Location is great. Walking distances to almost everything.

This was a lovely boutique hotel in an amazing and accessible area in Rome. The room had wonderful amenities such as slippers, delicious snacks, water and a coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and the room had a lovely rustic Rome vibe. Our only issues was the jacuzzi flooded after being used while it drained. This was the last night there and only chance way had to use it. After a very long day of walking, having to clean the mess was not fun. Also no instructions were left on how to use the television. Not a big deal but would have liked the option to use. No staff is there in the evening so if you have any issues that is not always convenient. Overall it's a great place to stay and I do recommend it.
