Lovely hotel, but not very close to anything. Also when I checked in there was a big party of eight or more Customers checking in and myself and two others were left at the back of the queue with only one person completing check-in. In instances like this common sense should prevail and they should be more than one person checking to manage over 10 people waiting and perhaps a priority to those not part of a bigger party. Otherwise the bar and Restaurant staff were faultless and I had a very enjoyable stay with a lovely breakfast.

The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience.
The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room.
The staff were quite friendly at check-in.

最高 Arrived late, left early so my needs were specific. Save and convenient parking. Friendly check in. Comfortable and clean room. Fast check out. This hotel met all my needs and expectations. Will definitely stay again. Very convenient for Amsterdam when you don’t want to stay in the centre.

Spacious rooms, close to a bus stop but quite a bit further from the city’s main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the property looks and feels exceptional. We really enjoyed the restaurant on premises.
