Great hotel if you want a basic hotel close to the airport. Rooms are okay, not the best soundproof but you can't beat the location. You can also park your car here while you travel through airport parking.com just start your parking date the day you arrive at the hotel. We will continue using this hotel for it's location and parking.

Very friendly staff. Kept our luggage while our room was cleaned. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Property is showing it's age but was very well kept. Only question was door to bathroom hit toilet when opening, not sure why that is. Shuttle to airport was a definite plus. Not very much in the neighborhood to walk too. Overall a very good stay

We picked this hotel due to our late flight arrival. The convenience to being this close to the airport with an 11pm arrival was the benefit. We paid for the room 7 months in advance. Our flight was delayed twice causing use to not arrive until 130am. Upon arrival we were notified that the hotel had given our room away and they were completely sold out. Leaving us with no where to stay. They denied refunding our money as well. 0/10 experience, Will not be recommending. Have already told 10+ people about our horrible experience, We did reach out to expedia support and received the most generic message back stating they could not help us out or refund our money.

Perfectly located across from the airport as we missed our connecting flight and had to stay overnight and be back at the airport early the next morning.

The two negatives I have are, the toilet reminded me of being in elementary school, way to close to the floor. Secondly no safety bars in the shower. The room it's self was large and comfortable.

It’s an older property but well maintained and clean. I had some trouble finding the free shuttle and ended up paying for a cab. With less luggage, it would’ve been an easy walk from the terminal.

This hotel is very clean however very outdated. The furniture is pretty beat up. No makeup mirror in bathroom and the lighting bad. There is carpet in the hallways which makes it difficult to roll a suitcase. It is in a great location close to the airport and light rail. They also offer airport shuttle service.

Clean room, expect a walk as hotel is very large. Bed very comfortable

It is a very good hotel but need ti walk to far to the room from elevator and specially dragging suitcases with caroet that causes a drag. Just need sime updating with furnitures but a nice hotel.
