Amazing everything

Cuarto limpio, el personal muy amable El único inconveniente fue que en mi reservación pedí vista a la ciudad y me tocó vista a una calle con árboles donde obstruían una visión bonita,

It was a wonderful stay. Checking in was a such a pleasant experience and we couldn’t be happier. During our checking in We learned everything we needed to know to have the best possible experience during our stay. Breakfast was amazing, we were able to try continental breakfast (more European style), full breakfast had so many options and we loved it even more because we could have it any way we wanted. A-la-carte was also an option however we loved continental and full breakfast more. The servants were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view, overlooking Universal Studios Hollywood and mountains, exactly what we booked. It was a very short walking distance from the park to this hotel, shuttle was available and we used it once but walking was much easier for us. We didn’t use the swimming pool or hot tub but we checked it out and it was lovely however a little crowded. Their was also a bar but it was closed at the time we got there. They have a bar inside the hotel, by the lobby but I didn’t notice anything special about their bar, it was very simple open layout available to anyone. Gym was very clean and it was perfect for us. We surely will return to this hotel in the future.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was actually really well done for a continental breakfast, we were impressed. The staff was pretty helpful and pleasant. We really liked the accessability to Universal either walking or taking the bus - it dropped off right at the front entrance to both!

Charge you with out letting you know overpriced

Air conditioning not working well. No water from 11 am to 3 pm for repairs with no compensation. Toilet stopped up and maintenance took several hours to repair. I would expect more from a hotel serving Universal Studios clientele.

Exelente cerbicio

Our first time staying on this property and it was a wonderful stay. Hotel is beautiful, grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool was so relaxing. Our room was large, luxurious and very clean. The staff was amazing... from the valet, bellman, front desk clerks to the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. We would definitely stay again at this location.
