We had never stayed at this property in Flagstaff. Such a GREAT hotel. Beds, pillows, towels were great. Room was very clean. Hotel was very clean, with the main lobby arranged and decorated as a mountain ski lodge.
Our room was SO quiet. Very little outside noise, or even neighbor room noise. Pool was great to relax in. Breakfast was VERY good. It was a Super nice place to stay.

Staff was really nice. Breakfast buffet every morning and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Also, had a laundry room...a bit pricey, but to be expected.

Great hotel! We walked across the street to the restaurant for dinner called “The Porch”. It was a nice little spot. There was a back way back in to the hotel which was nice so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to the front.

We had a pleasant visit one night stay at this hotel on our road trip along Route 66. The property was clean , the breakfast was good and all the equipment in the fitness room worked. The staff was very nice.

Room was clean but outdated and musty smelling. When first arrived, receptionist was not professional. His hair was long, loose and looked untidy. He was gobbling up the last piece of his pizza at the desk.
Back door key mechanism did not work at one point. Asked another receptionist about it and was told that sometimes the mechanism works and other times, it does not. She really did not know.
Breakfast was good. Linens were clean.

The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast buffet. Really great atmosphere and food. Will definitely stay there again
