My daughter and I loved this hotel! We will definitely try to rebook here again if we can. The room was accomodated to what we needed so it was perfect and if there was something missing you just had to ask. They had a wide range for breakfast and catered to your Mediterranean close to you english breakfast (not quite there) but a lovely try. The swimming pool was also lovely which had a great seating area. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next to us, which you can even access through the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to stay, but everything is definitely accessible whether you take a cab or walk.

it was a good stay. the staff are professional and courteous. housekeeping is fast, the location is perfect but expect traffic during rush hour. our room was bigger than i expected. lots of storage and spacious.

Bathroom shower was overflowing

We stayed at Alpha Suites and was given a room at Tower 2. We liked our room with all the amenities provided and it was clean. Masters bedroom view was awesome with wall to ceiling glass window. Staff are amazing and very responsive to our needs. Rey from housekeeping made sure our requests are attended like trash pick up, complementary bottled water replacements, towel replacements, etc. Breakfast buffet selections are great! We enjoyed it so much. Staff are very attentive, particularly Mary Magdalene who checked and provided our breakfast dining needs during our stay. Her work ethics is highly commendable. Cons of our stay, hand towels are not provided. Need to be requested and provision depends on its availability. Also, upon arrival, his and hers bathroom sinks are clogged. It was fixed then when we reported it. I have to report too and showed a picture of the damaged breakfast table and cupboard. I hope that the hotel will ensure that rooms will be ready prior to guests arrival. Overall stay is 4 out of 5 rating.

Returned back to Alpha Suites from June 10-June 13 prior to flying back in the USA. Check in process was smooth but this time was given a 2 bedroom suite in Tower 1. Unlike our stay from May 24-June 1 where we are given a room in Tower 2. I asked the concierge staff who helped us during the check in process as to what is the difference between the rooms in Tower 1 and Tower 2. She mentioned that the 2 bedroom suites are limited in Tower 2, so this time she will give us a room in Tower 1. She did not elaborate much and told me there is a difference in the rooms and it is for me to see it. To my surprise me when we entered the room in 35th floor of Tower 1, living room area was smaller, masters bedroom does not have a wall to ceiling glass window. There was a kitchen but no pots, pans, limited kitchen utensils available compared to Tower 2. Hardwood floors kind of dusty/dirty. Floor carpets need cleaning too. Hot water in the second room was very weak/not sufficient. As always, staff are responsive to needs/requests. Breakfast options are great, except for not seeing a single Filipino “Kakanin”. May need to provide hand sanitizer for guests hygiene prior to touching plates, bowls, pot covers when getting food, to prevent spread of infection, food contamination. Again, appreciated the great breakfast dining experience provided to us by Mary Magdalene. Overall stay 3 out of 5 rating.

Clean room staff are all very accommodating and very friendly explain well a out the hotel...breakfast are very good over all very satisfied...highly recommended to all my friends and family..

Staff is great and location is perfect. breakfast is excellent and the suites a spacious. The only complaint is they don’t provide wash cloths or hand towels.
