良い Staff lovely and our room was spacious, clean and well-serviced. The pool is awful though and we only visited very briefly before going back to the room. There was building work going on next to the lobby and when our taxi dropped us off we had to navigate past workmen, building materials and tools with 6 bags of luggage! Breakfast in the neighbouring cafe was nice each morning and the staff were great there.

Everything was very good, the staff were friendly and kind, the room was spotless and very comfortable with a great bed and a pillow choice. The location was excellent, and the breakfasts and other meals i had their little cafe were reasonably priced and very good , both Western and Thai cuisine

It was convenient for one day old town tour by walking. The staffs were friendly and helped me to print out urgent documents free of charge. The breakfast offered local food mixed with international tastes. It’s definitely a gem hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. I am glad to choose the Premier Family room for 3 nights.

We really liked the big rooms. They had big windows so lots of light. It is located in a perfect area where you can walk to everything. The staff especially the first receptionist we met are super nice, very helpful. Our only complaint was our room floors did not appear to be cleaned. Other then that our stay here was perfect!

Our room was not very clean at all. Bed really hard but did bring us a topper for it. Bkft was ok but all was cold/warm.
