Needs to improve breakfast buffet, lication is not ideal, although it’s located beachfront, we have cross a large street to reach th beach, very dangerous

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Two bottles of water were given daily and as well as room services and a plate of tropical fruits was given too. The currency exchange rate at this hotel was higher than in Da Nang’s hotel. In Da Nang, the rate was $1USD = 25,000VND. At this hotel was $1USD=26,160. The buffet breakfast had Vietnamese’s, few Korean and western dishes and those were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. I left a big stain less steel bottle of water in the room after checking out and was waiting for the taxi to the airport; fortunately the maid whom we met the day before had running down and gave us back that steel bottle. However, the things I did not like were no hair conditioner in the shower stall and the bathroom shower edge was very lower, so the water was running out off the stall shower every time we took the shower. The beach was in front of the hotel. We were too busy with tours and shopping, so we did not have time to explore the beach.

We stayed in an Oceanview room at Sunrise Nha Trang Hotel. We enjoyed sunrise every morning. The breakfast buffet offers variety food choices., Staff are very friendly and polite. This hotel is in walking distance to the Chợ Đầm, main market in Nha Trang, and many restaurants.

First class hotel and staff, would definitely return and would definitely recommend

Very clean and very large room. One of the largest we've stayed in. The onlybreason this was a 4 and not a five star review is because the toom was a little dated and there were some funny steps taken, such as having to wait after checkout while they inspected our room. Apparently, they didn't take ancreit card deposit?

Room was hot, but no hot water. Cleaning staff moved my personal luggage and belongings around and turned off the air conditioning. Instead of sliding a notice under the door, the staff pounded on the door for 10 minutes, forcing me out of the shower to hand me a piece of paper incredibly unprofessional.

Clean room, great staff, right on ocean

I stop by second time during breakfast time They were not happy to see me second time just to get some drinks I felt embarrassed

This properly room we got it nice room and extremely good view, very out going staffs and friendly. We got packages included breakfast, food was fantastic. Overall 5 starts, we will definitely come back next visit. Kevin Nguyen

Staffs are very friend. It’s convenient to eat local foods in the night market. Feel safe, clean also. I will tell my friends about this hotel.
