Our experience at the Waikiki Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing. During our stay, we discovered what appeared to be rat droppings in our room. Due to the obvious health and sanitation concerns, we immediately decided to leave the hotel rather than continue our stay. Although we reported the issue and checked out early, the hotel's response was unacceptable. They only refunded one night of our reservation and still charged us for an additional night because we had used the shower before discovering the problem. We did not spend the day enjoying the room, continuously use hotel facilities, or come and go from the property after finding the issue—we left because we no longer felt safe staying there. For a hotel to charge guests after a serious cleanliness issue involving possible rodent activity is unreasonable. We expected the hotel to take full responsibility and provide a complete refund for the unused portion of our stay. Unfortunately, their handling of the situation only added to an already negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who expect basic cleanliness, proper sanitation, and fair customer service.

Great location, great breakfast choices. Friendly staff.

We have stayed here twice and we love it! Great for the price - the staff are wonderful and only a short walk from the beach and shops!

Room request with bed denied

I told them if we can extend atleast 1 hour cause something came up but didn't like they said busy, I understand that but only 1 hour so gonna be 12pm but i said the Check in is 3pm so they have time to get ready yet

The front desck was not friendly and profesional. Two girls in the front desk they were are rude bad actitud.

Room was clean. Breakfast was great! Love how close the beach was.

Great. only thing I didn’t like was how limited their parking was.
