Great accommodation!!! The air conditioning in our room was the most efficient of all four hotels we stayed at during our trip to France. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious, served in a cozy and inviting dining area. All the staff had the best customer service. When we checked in, the staff noticed that our luggage might not comfortably fit in our original room, so they kindly upgraded us to a larger room at no additional cost. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. Merci beaucoup for our wonderful hospitality!

The room was spacious and clean with adequate wardroom space. However, the shower did not work at all. Since there was an additional bath with hand-held shower head this did not bother us, but an explanation would have been nice. There was major renovation work taking place outside with lots of scaffolding. Not sure if that affected the shower. It would have been helpful if we'd been warned of this before arriving but we booked through Expedia and they are no help at all. Communication from the hotel itself regarding all aspects of our stay was very poor. For this reason we didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel. This accommodation was quite expensive and, regrettably, not a great experience.

Arriving in the midst of a heatwave, we were so grateful for the excellent air conditioning. The location is perfect, close to so many landmarks, tourist destinations and convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The housekeeping staff helped us with the bedding, adding a cushioning layer that helped us immensely.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Great location near Luxembourg Gardens. Lots of restaurants near by.
