とても良い I booked this hotel through Expedia, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked.
The front desk staff explained that Expedia calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
Instead of carefully reviewing the charges, she seemed to blame others for the mistake. Overall, the check-out experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Front desk staff exceptional, unfortunately, bed was too hard, room had multiple live stink bugs crawling around, and when I went to shower there was a pubic hair on the floor by shower! Also rooms facing route 7 very loud, was kept awake all night by traffic noise
