Bathroom poorly designed.

Bathroom floor was greasy and had previous guests' hair on it. Staff overcharged my friend for breakfast. One elevator was out of service the while stay, making getting to and from the room very time-consuming. Not worth the price.

The Hilton is a hotel for business. Is terrible when you arrive a place and the personal are not available to attend you correctly. The building is super good location but now everything is under construction. The magnitude of building and just 1 elevator working correctly.

Best hotel we have stayed so far. Everything was beyond our expectation. Definitely we will return.

We had to wait a long time to get our room. When we finally did, the washroom was not clean and had a terrible smell, so we requested another room. The staff was helpful in reassigning us to another room. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price paid, but could have been better.

Relatively a new facility, with a good location over-looking the river, very close to the train station, easy access to city center by Uber/taxi, tram, or by walking. Gym has good equipment, but limited. Staff very helpful. Restaurant is good, and also able to get refreshments, snacks etc for your room. AC was not as effective as needed for 100 degree heat wave. Rooms are a good size for EU standards with a good bathroom and closet space. Two small elevators, with one not working for 5 days was not helpful. Would stay again, as they are rebuilding the entire area near the hotel.
