When we arrived at the Ten Hostel there was a note on the door saying we had to check in at the port, which is a 15 minute walk away. We were not informed this upon arrival and were very turned off that check in was not at the property

For the price, it's disgusting. There is no one to ask for help in an emergency. The phone is picked up whenever the staff can be bothered. No basics such as handsoap. No shower gel or shampoo. No hot water in the shower. Taps are clearly not plumbed correctly - the tap marked cold is hot and the tap marked hot is cold. Staff cannot speak English so used Google translate - he was a nice guy though. Staff on reception who cannot speak English. The outside front door lock is a pain to use. Called and asked for an ironing board. No one updated me just left me to wait. No iron or ironing board. The bathrooms are tiny, the shower is too. The sink and toilet are too close. The air conditioning in room absolutely stunk. The drains smell bad. The plug socket was hanging off the wall. The bedroom door would not lock! 100 euro a night is appalling.

We had a super late flight into Ibiza and just needed a place to crash before checking into our resort the next day. This place was perfect. No frills, small bathroom but A/C was strong and the room was everything we needed.

Much more like a hotel and less like a hostel. I felt my comfortable and safe. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Overall not bad for the price point. Don't be fooled into buying any club tickets from the reception though, they told us we were getting discounted tickets but after the day went by and we went to more shops we realized that the tickets get cheaper closer to the evening. Also, the hairdryer looked shotty didn't end up using it because there were broken wires.

Great central hostel. Close to old town, port, shops etc. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels left. Walls of room paper thin, can hear every conversation, flush of loo and morning alarm going off. Room small and dark stayed in p15 and bathroom with sliding door very small and cramped.

We got an upgrade to la Marina. However, our room was located on level one which was surrounded by bars. Thus, we could hear the noise outside until 3am in the morning

no window to outside, you open your window to another rooms terrace which is not a terrace but, a basement of an outer square. Room adequate however tvs digital progamming not working. the fuse cupboard is dodgy, likes to trip especially when your in the shower; to reset it you have to walk into rhe main lobby of apartment.

The check-in area is at a different location to the rooms, its at Ryan's pocket hotel by the marina. We only found out after arriving at the rooms. We got upgraded to the Ryan's pocket hotel free of charge which was really great! It's location on the marina was perfect. Can't really write a review for the hostel unfortunately
