The rooms are very comfortable and large with good views. The property is very clean. Staff is friendly, some information was not consistent though. Wish they would have had Corona or Modelo on Tap. Really liked the hospitality room, where you can shower on your last day after check out and we were able to enjoy the resort until the very last minute of our departure. Overall good resort with lots of food options.

The rooms where clean and the staff was friendly the waiter in the buffet area Freddy was so helpful and attentive 10/10 service. All the staff was great pool was a vibe the entertainment was great

Las chapas de las puertas de las habitaciones necesitan cambiarlas, porque hacen bastante ruido cada vez que trae y sale uno de la habitación y, por consiguiente, todas las puertas del mismo piso, escucha cuando abren y cierran son de metal pesado y suenan bastante a accionarlas

I was extremely disappointed in my stay. The food was horrible, the rooms were dirty, as well as the pool are and there was a cockroach in my room. I essentially had to beg to change rooms! Both myself and my daughter got food poisoning. I will never recommend or stay here again!

The grounds were pretty, but the food was mediocre. No authentic mexican food around. The buffet was not pleasant unless you got a fresh omelet. You had to have a reservation with a restaurant that was the same buffet food just served by some one. Felt like it was more catered to the members (timeshare). The pool was over 100° and very deep and closed at 7.. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. the beds were Full size, not queen and uncomfortable. The staff were friendly.

We get an appoinment in the zai restaurant and the receptionist give as a table outside with hot weather because the place was full and it was not, the people that arrive next to us were seated inside.

There is a reason this is a cheap hotel !

My wife, who passed from cancer on 2-11-26, and I have been coming to Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas for about 30 years. I decided to come back and honor her and our great memories there. Our favorite resort is Royal Solaris. It is not the fanciest, biggest, most amenities or cheapest. However, you are treated like family and everyone treats you with kindness, respects, smiles and willingness to help with whatever you need. From the front gate guard, front desk staff, dining staffs, hostesses, cleaning staff, bar and servers to the entertainment staff, there iare always a smiles, cheer and willingness to make sure you get the most out of each experience while at the resort. My birthday was also on the Saturday while there, everyone made it feel extra special. Palma my waiter at Marco Polo was unbelievable, I asked him to pick my meal top to bottom and he did not disappoint. He constantly checked back to make sure I was okay, through some tears bein the first without my wife. He even came out to talk to me when I was there another night, amazing. The saxophone player must have been contacted by Debra, since he played the theme from Ghost along with many other songs my wife and I would song. David Ponchos was fantastic, again picking my meal and making me feel special. Cardenas was fantastic at the outside bar and the best entertainment guys,una & Tomas, love these two! I met new friends while there, that i will keep in touch with, completed an emotional yet beautiful trip!

Great resort, very clean, loved the planned daily shows, DJ, Magic, Mexican Dancers, the Arabian nights show was outstanding. Loved the beach and open ocean views for sunrises and sunsets, the landscape and flowers were well maintained and beautiful and the pools were very nice, loved the pool bar, all the personnel were very professional and attentive and the food was great! I liked the different meal choices; the pizza oven was very popular, especially with the kids, loved the hamburger and hot dog hut- best hamburgers I’ve had in a long time! A shout out to our servers. Thank you 😊
