Staff so friendly

This hotel is the best. The staff was incredible- they were very friendly and so helpful. The cartoon theme was cute and the room we had was spacious and comfortable (we were traveling with two teenagers). There are two cinema rooms (one had World Cup coverage going!) and a huge roof top terrace with lots of places to sit and relax. It was an easy 11 minute walk to the Brussels south train station and about a 6 minute walk to the metro. I was so happy with this hotel and you can’t beat the price!

The rooms are extremely well-designed for families. They are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and very friendly, everyone made the effort to talk to you which was a nice touch. The hotel is ideally placed for sightseeing and some nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

It’s a cute hotel with adorable cartoons on the walls. The staff was super friendly and the beds very comfortable.

This was such a great hotel! The comic theme was fun. The staff was EXCELLENT. We really enjoyed our stay here. I HIGHLY recommend it. The walk into the center of Brussels was pleasant—about 15 minutes to the Grand Place. And I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff was. Every person we interacted with treated us with kindness and respect. ❤️

Not the best location for a hotel but the hotel itself and its staff were great. We were able to get in and out very easily.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted, a fun room decorated with comics, bunk beds for the kids and great hotel amenities. Even a garage for safe parking ($30 euros a night). Would stay there again!

10/10, worth the extra couple mins walk to grand central area

The staff was kind, the rooftop a nice place to have a snack and the laundry services were great. This hotel is in a very rough neighborhood with few dining options. It’s very close to the train station which is convenient but it was difficult to find food and was an acceptable transit hotel. The food on site was quite expensive for a family of 5.
