良い Had a good stay at the Atlantic Hotel ,however they had 3 lifts and two were out of order for the duration of our stay which meant that you had a long wait when wanting to use it as there are 12 floors ,sometimes we used the service lift or stairs not great if you have problems with mobility

最高 We booked a superior room which was clean, spacious and had a fabulous view of the docks. Excellent price too. Location was perfect for both the docks and the city centre shops. bars and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

最高 The feel when we got to the hotel was very warm and welcoming. Staff were lovely and the room was spotless.
Really good buffet breakfast in the morning as well. Couldn't fault it

少しがっかり Only 1 of the 3 lifts was working during our 2-night stay in a 12-floor hotel, which meant long waits and overcrowded, uncomfortable lift rides. The building core was also extremely hot, and the air conditioning kept switching off through the night, so I had to keep getting up to reset it. Very disappointing stay.

少しがっかり Only one elevator working during our stay, the hotel has 12 floors so this meant having to use the stairs to avoid a 30 min wait to get to our room.
Fault in the fire alarm meant we were woken at 6am only to be told it was a false alarm.
The hotel is in a great location but I would think twice about staying here again.
