My stay at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel offers stunning views of the city skyline, spacious and comfortable rooms, and exceptional service from the staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights is the hotel’s unbeatable location. The hotel is directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre, making it incredibly convenient to shop, dine, and explore without even stepping outside. There are countless restaurants, cafés, and retail stores just a few steps away. Even better, the MRT station is directly connected to the hotel, providing seamless access to Singapore’s excellent public transport network. Getting to popular attractions such as Marina Bay Sands, Orchard Road, Chinatown, and Gardens by the Bay was quick and effortless. The combination of luxury accommodation, outstanding service, direct access to shopping, and convenient MRT connectivity makes Swissôtel The Stamford one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Singapore. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and will definitely return on my next trip.

Stayed in May 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a Marina Bay view room with a balcony and was well worth it. The views of the bay and the wider city were breathtaking and not obscured in any way. We travelled with two young children and having the balcony to sit on while they slept was well worth the extra cost. The room was for two doubles, but they did add a third single bed in the room which was ideal. The check in process was exceptionally smooth with no delay as a large number of staff and automated systems. Were even able to obtain a late check out. Below the hotel was a shopping centre making it very easy to get snacks, drinks for room and for the day out as well as get many breakfast options. The location was very good and easily walkable to Merlion and Boat Quay. For further distances just use Grab as very cheap. We did use the rooftop bar, but to be honest the views were just as good from the room and as kids not allowed after 6pm did not feel had to go more than the once. The pool was ok but not very large to say supported two hotels. Bar staff at pool were very good and nice touch to have sunscreen available.

Nice pool, but shame not much sun shine on it and mostly on shallow pool than deeper side. Otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast could have more Mediterrenean options, but hotel overall great, metro is 1 min away

Room is clean and all the amenities are good. Will definitely stay there again. Very convenient as well.

The black out blinds in our room were next level good. Pool was busy on sunday and only 1.2 deep but so are most pools. helpful staff when we needed to shower after check out in the sauna area. Great facilities. Nice touch on the lights at night time that have two guiding lights when you get up at 3am to go toilet, wont wake everyone up but stops you falling over in the dark

Great location.

I booked a room two weeks in advance. After placing the booking, I noticed that the guest name was entered incorrectly. I immediately canceled it through Expedia and then made a new booking. However, the hotel said there is no refund for the incorrect booking. I explained that I only canceled because the name was wrong and then rebooked immediately, but they still replied: no refund.
