This property has some really nice rooms. We have the superior suite and I must say it was very nice. Very clean and spacious. Where are the resort lacked was customer service. When we arrived, the staff didn’t seem very friendly and gave us vague directions to our room and was unclear. We had to return shortly for further direction because the instructions were very unclear and we were lost. Out stay included breakfast, but we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The bacon was uncooked and the scrambled eggs look like soup as well. The service was lacking, and there were long lineups for the coffee machines. There was a coffee maker in our room, which was good, but we were only given one coffee for two people. When we were checking out, they were not very friendly. They couldn’t be bothered to ask us how our stay was or communicate at all. Out of the four hotels that we’ve stayed in in Rome this had the least friendly staff. I think this place has a lot of potential if they just were more friendly and helpful. We also asked if they had shuttle service and this was not available which was a shame because a taxi is €75 to airport. The overall location was not great either 20 minute walk to train station.

Although temporary, the hotel is surrounded by a building site which is prone to lots of building work and noise during the day (drilling, hammering etc.) Forget the afternoon nap if you don't have any ear plugs.

Amazing

The door seal in our first room was not tight, so cold air was coming in and we had to change to another room. Aside from this issue, the hotel met our expectations.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing delicious.

The staff was helpful, hotel was clean.

Internet worked very well, and we did not use the shuttle.We took a cab staff was excellent
