最高 hotel room had an issue with the mini fridge and staff replaced it next day. luggage storage room is convenient and there is a lounge in the basement where we waited until it was time to check in

最高 The staff at Hotel Klettur was super friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for walking around Reykjavik and leaving the vehicle parked for the day. The room was comfortable and breakfast was hot and delicious

The check-in process was smooth and staff were excellent. Parking is a little challenging in this area but fair due to its location within the city. The location is great as you can walk to downtown Reykjavik easily and visit many shops and restaurants within 20 minutes. No parking available by the entrance of the hotel but there's some located around the back and they have paid underground parking. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast here is great with a large spread of breads, fruits, deli meats, cheeses and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages. No complaints overall, just limited parking by the hotel if you do plan on bringing your car or rental.

Breakfast selections need to be changed occasionally. Was the exact same thing five days in a row.
Good location close to Laugavegur St. main shoppinf, eating, nightlife area.
Room, hotel and staff were good.
