Overall, I had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent.
One thing visitors from the U.S. should know is that many places in Helsinki don’t use air conditioning the way we do. Because of local energy and environmental practices, some hotels only have fans instead of A/C. If you happen to visit during a hot spell, the rooms can get quite warm, especially at night. Just keep that in mind when booking if you’re traveling during the summer.
Other than that, I had a great experience and would stay here again.
