Staff were lovely, and were able to accommodate us with our luggage whilst we looked around Paris before checking in

An extremely well-placed hotel with bright and cute rooms. The shower leaked but other than that I would stay here again.

Great staff, clean room, nice and big room - based on what we chose, good location. Missed having a shower but made do with the tub option in our room. Very old building which was beautiful, however it had its limitations.

Elevator old , not working, steps are narrow, room is small, old building, door locks is old fashioned keys,air and heat,separate on top of each others,shower is good,bed is okay,one block from (Arc de Treumf)and 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower.

The location is great. The rooms are nicely sized for 3 people. Had a mini split for AC or heat. The location is perfect. Easy to walk to many places. Restaurants and cafes nearby.

Nice small budget hotel. Kind staff, polite, courteous & professional. Location is great if you are there for business. Short walk to Port Maillot. 50 mins walk to Roland Garros or Parc Des Princes. L’arc just around the corner. It’s small and pokey but you aren’t in Paris for staying in.

Bad. They charged me €100 in addition to the reservation cost stating the reservation price was only “an average“. Only after submitting a claim to Hotels.com they refunded me the additional charge. The room was dirty. No cleaning service. Only 2 towels for 2 people for 4 nights. No face towels. Spotty hot water. The shower head was duct taped. Weak water pressure. After requesting the room to be cleaned it was still dusty with visible hairs and spider webs; they didn’t clean it. Location is good.

Very convenient, clean, spacious, walkable… What I did not like was that I asked not to clean the room and still, at 7 am the cleaning guy opened the sort of the room while we were sleeping, happened all the nights, and really they did not clean anything besides garbage can and new towels… so uncomfortable

Practical place to stay. Close to tourists attractions

Comfortable and spacious room. The hotel was well located, very near metro stations and of course the Arc de Triomphe!
