The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, elegant interiors, and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. The attention to detail, elegance of the surroundings, and level of hospitality are simply unmatched. The customer service is beyond excellent, and every interaction reflects a genuine commitment.

Very good experience, clean rooms and good food. Only faced issue at the checkout, I had to wait an hour for the bellmen. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Had a wonderful stay.The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and made me feel at home.Room and bathroon were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities i needed.Amazing breakfast buffet! Variety type of Indian and European cuisine fresh fruit and pastries in beautiful setting. Restaurant staff very attentive ready to help at any time
