Hotel was nice, very nice staff and helpful. Our room was a bit rough in spots with some wear and tear noted in the bathroom but over all enjoyed our stay

I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Indigo Detroit Downtown. Not only was I charged for my stay despite the issues I encountered, but the overall condition of the hotel did not meet reasonable expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the property’s standards. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking a hotel, and this experience fell well below that standard. The customer service was equally disappointing. Staff members were unprofessional and did not handle my concerns in a respectful or helpful manner. Instead of working toward a resolution, I was left feeling dismissed and frustrated. To make matters worse, I later learned my reservation had been treated as a no-show, even though I was actively trying to resolve the situation. The entire experience from the condition of the room to the handling of my concerns and the billing left me with very little confidence in this property. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. Travelers deserve clean accommodations, professional customer service, and accurate billing practices. Unfortunately, I received none of those.

Resturaunt service was very poor. Room was warm and took a long time to cool.

Very busy when we arrived but the staff was ready and check in was an easy and fast process!

Reception check-in with Robert in training was great! Friendly, Professional and very helpful. Valet service could stand an upgrade. Never got a claim ticket when car was parked. Overall, Great way to start a vacation! The room was clean and quiet! The bed was very comfortable , slept very well.

Great hotel Thank You

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at the hotel was very dirty. We checked in our room immediately noticed that the floors were not swept at all the carpet not vacuumed bathroom not cleaned and the bedding had stains on them when I asked for someone to clean. They said they will send someone over, but never did.

With a hotel with no parking, Velet parking was very expensive. No ice, and couldn't even get snacks system wasn't working

The shower tiles in the corner close to the turn-on knobs were unacceptable and never got cleaned after requesting/reporting. One day, the bed was not made or linen changed. Staff were friendly and professional. Meals were great in the restaurant, however, seemed to have run out of items or the fryer was not working making selections too limited.

It's an okay place to stay downtown. The hotel has an air freshener or cleaner that is super strong. If you are sensitive, I wouldn't stay here.
