Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and front desk staff was kind. We did have to ask for breakfast to be restocked one morning because it was nearly empty of everything and the area was messy (I didn’t see any workers during this time and it was ~9-930). It was much better the next morning. Parking garage has limited parking and parking fee is $45 a day; not ideal if you are parking in an unsecured gravel lot. Not a far walk to some nearby places (ie. Broadway) but we did encounter a lot of homeless in the area. Felt very safe inside the hotel, keycard needed for entry into hotel and parking garage/ elevators. All staff was friendly, lobby was inviting and rooms were spacious.

Stayed in the past. Reserved the same room as last. When we checked in we were given a small room (not nice at all). Then after two full days and no room service we called asking for towels se we could at least take a shower and they never arrived. I had to find a house keeper on a different floor and ask if she had towels and TP.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.

Air conditioning didn’t work in our room and we reported it right away. Staff didn’t fix the AC until our third day. Very poor service. We asked for a fan and were told one would be brought to the room, but it never was. We had to talk with the front desk three times before our air conditioning was fixed.

We had a wonderful stay. Close walking distance to everything. Staff were all super nice and our room was great!

Room was nice, best shower I've had at a hotel. Breakfast was good. Very walkable to many things.

We have stayed here multiple times. It’s always been wonderful. Beautifully clean rooms, quiet, great location, etc. highly recommend!

Room was comfortable, with full kitchen, cold AC and comfy bed. The area around the hotel is safe and the breakfast was great! Looking forward to the next stay. Staff always friendly

Property was an easy walk from Broadway and a quick uber to other parts of Nashville. Hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained and looks and feel brand new and comfortable all at the same time.
