Charm being the operative word. Greeted by warm staff, very helpful. Hotel clean and rooms kep immaculate. Breakfast good and air conditioning in full working order. Easy commute to city centre but Prati itself offers a lot. Great location overall. Thanks to the staff at the Hotel, wonderful experience.

The hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The beds and pillows were comfortable. However, the best thing about Hotel Metropolis was the staff. Federico and Sabrina were so kind and helpful at reception, and the wait staff and cleaning staff were very accommodating and efficient. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel but several are within walking distance, and there was a lounge area to sit with friends. Wifi worked well.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great.

Clean, modern, renovated with taste and well maintained. Very well located, walking distant from Piazza del Popolo and Cola Di Rienzo shopping area. Room was small but functional. Very good quality/price ratio. Highly recommendable as a base for visiting the city

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropolis. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very modern and clean. We were able to walk alot of places, with the Vatican being about a 30 minute walk.

Very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Close to the Vatican, walking distance. The staff was very accommodating, especially the breakfast staff. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Good hotel, convenient to the Vatican.

Room was decent, but we noticed lighting was a bit poor and the cleanliness of the room and tub was average. Hot tub had some dirt debris coming out from the jets and made us not want to use it at all. AC took awhile to cool the room too. Breakfast dining was great and so was the front desk service. Overall was okay but expected better for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel itself is clean and quiet. It is a little tired but the location is perfect for any Vatican City. The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful. I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy. However for the price and the location it is definitely worth the slightly outdated decorations

Supply of water was limited to one free bottle during your stay. Toiletries were few including toilet paper.
