Clean, modern, renovated with taste and well maintained. Very well located, walking distant from Piazza del Popolo and Cola Di Rienzo shopping area.
Room was small but functional. Very good quality/price ratio. Highly recommendable as a base for visiting the city

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropolis. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very modern and clean. We were able to walk alot of places, with the Vatican being about a 30 minute walk.

Very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Close to the Vatican, walking distance. The staff was very accommodating, especially the breakfast staff. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Room was decent, but we noticed lighting was a bit poor and the cleanliness of the room and tub was average. Hot tub had some dirt debris coming out from the jets and made us not want to use it at all. AC took awhile to cool the room too. Breakfast dining was great and so was the front desk service. Overall was okay but expected better for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel itself is clean and quiet. It is a little tired but the location is perfect for any Vatican City.
The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful.
I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy.
However for the price and the location it is definitely worth the slightly outdated decorations

良い Supply of water was limited to one free bottle during your stay. Toiletries were few including toilet paper.

少しがっかりレジャー
Staff forced my guests to sit in lobby while checking in and preparing for excursion. Do not to be babysat when paying for premium hotel. Poor English skills at lobby. Strange over-perfumed smells in room, like covering up a smell.
