We had a wonderful day. We really appreciated. How clean and comfortable. The property was the beach was very nice. Would highly recommend this place.

Je suis étonnée par la qualité de l’équipe de cet établissement. Le personnel régulier offre une performance exemplaire. Jesus et Jaime à l’accueil sont de bons conseils et extrêmement prévenants. Greta au Sabor et au brésilien est juste fantastique. Ruben, Gonzales, Melby, Wendy, Alberto,Alejandro et j’en oublie certainement offre également un service exemplaire. C’est ce qui m’a le plus surpris de cet endroit. La qualité de la nourriture est bonne, l’emplacement impeccable et le service à la plage parfait. Mis à part le fait que tout le monde de Cancun débarque à la plage pour une excursion d’une journée puisque l’endroit est exempt de sargasse, tout est parfait. Le privilège Aluxes est vraiment un tout inclus à considérer ! J’ai adoré! A noter nous étions les 2 semaines des vacances de la construction et nous avons adoré ! Nous étions deux couples - 1 dans la cinquantaine et un dans la vingtaine. Nous avons également fait de la plongée durant ce voyage ! Nous avons utilisé tous les services de l’hôtel mis à part la piscine. Le restaurant de la piscine et le bar nous convenait moins que la plage. La piscine demeure toutefois fort jolie. Pour ma part je félicite le gestionnaire de la place qui contribue régulièrement à aider le personnel, il contribue probablement à l’efficacité de son équipe. A noter il y a beaucoup de travailleurs sur le site, ce qui contribue certainement à l’excellence du service. Félicitations!

Property was nice and well maintained. It’s in an extremely busy place with people walking everywhere. Also the listing says “private beach” and the actual water part is not private- tons of people get bussed in on excursions and the beach water is extremely crowded (or was when we were there). The only thing that’s private is their beach and umbrella area, which is nice. Our room had terrible AC and we had to move the first night, then move back and the staff worked on it several times. The room we stayed in had great AC! But we had to leave it. When we came back to original room after maintenance had worked, the room had a bad smell to it so we told the staff. One staff member accused us of having stinky shoes. Kind of silly because the entire room was really strong odor that even the maintenance agreed. We tried to move to a different room and the staff told us that it would be additional $1400 for the presidential suite which was normally $2000 and that’s all they had left. We just wanted to have a comfortable nights sleep. We ended up leaving the resort for a different one the next morning, so had 2 unused nights that were paid for. The GM Martin wouldn’t honor a refund for 2 nights only 1. I was disappointed at all the trouble with AC/ maintenance so many times nothing else was offered for upgrade or refund. This was our yearly vacation and we just wanted to be comfortable. Wait staff and others were very nice, food was good and lots of choices.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Will be back again soon.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast buffet was very diverse with very good food. The nearby beach club was the best.

I would like to recognize some of the staff, Michael at the concierge desk was extremely helpful with multiple things from reservations to questions or just a heartfelt hello and how are you doing. Same goes for Jose the bellman. At the pool Sammy always with a warm greeting and willingness help and serve you whatever you needed. Also out at the beach working long days with a smile on his face Danny.
