Wonderful stay, will stay again if in the area. Kids loved the pool, plenty of parking in back and the breakfast was better than expected.

Our second stay at this particular location. As always, the staff and rooms were great. We stayed there because it’s right across from KU Medical Center, and I had an appointment. Seriously, my only complaint was that in a “mobility accessible” room, there were no grippy strips or mat for the tub. I LOVED the shower chair and handrails, but my feet kept slipping when I tried to stand up. I had to call my mom in to bring me a hand towel to put on the floor of the tub. (I know. I should have thought of that earlier). I have neuropathy, so I don’t always feel my feet.
Would I stay here again??? Absolutely. I’ll just need to remember to bring a towel in the shower with me. I also know grippy strips and/or mats are difficult to clean. Maybe they had them and I needed to ask? That’s going in my “gee whiz” file for questions to ask next time.
Again, staff, cleanliness and location…awesome.

少しがっかり Arrived at the location and instantly felt bad vibes from the gentleman at the front desk. He had an attitude and seemed uninterested in his job. He told me that he was just there to check me and not answer questions as far as what time the pool closed. Finally, made it to my room and as soon as I laid across the bed I found a bug.

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, breakfast was included and it was excellent

Room was clean and comfortable. The outside leisure area was not well kept and there were cigarette butts there. Breakfast was great! Super glad they were dog friendly.
