ON the whole, we really enjoyed our stay at Riversoul Boutique, due to the great location, friendly staff and excellent value for money at the property. All the staff, and particularly in our dealings with Mr Kai, were very friendly, and always on hand to answer any questions/take any bookings. We were also able to check in early due to an early flight arrival time, which were very grateful for. The location of the hotel is excellent within the city itself for day/evening strolls, and is also a great hop-off point for exploration of the Angkor Archeological park. The food offerings within the hotel were great and the massage/spa service was excellent also

A lovely hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. The pool and breakfast area are really nice and the staff are fantastic. Particularly Ms Jane on reception who was incredibly accommodating and helped me many times during my stay

None of this was deal breakers, but the books in the room are outdated and WiFi password is wrong, there was no laundry bags in the room so had to call and then had to ask pricing (was supposed to all be in the room). Our friends air conditioner and TV didn’t work but the staff did fix both very very quickly. The water fountains in the pool werent on and the pool chairs were dirty and not wiped and we had to ask for towels as they weren’t routinely stocked by the pool. Bathtub had debris and a hair in it but we weren’t planing on using. The breakfast took a really really long time both mornings and half of the people were done before the other half got food. Having said all of that the food was good. The staff was super nice and immediately addressed issues that we brought up. It was the little details that were missing for me that really make it stand out. They seemed short staffed especially in the breakfast area and I do acknowledge that. But the little details that make it stand out just weren’t there for me. We did use the laundry service and it was great.

Very accommodation and excellet staff. Room is clean and plenty fresh air.

Wonderful hotel, so beautifully decorated, amazing breakfast with tons of choice and delicious coffee prepared on demand by the barrista! Served in a very beautiful dining room by the pool. Located in a quiet area, away from the noisy streets. The pool was great and very clean. Rooms spacious and again with beautiful decoration, Good shower, fluffy towels, great bedding and pillows. Everyone from the staff team was extremely professional and always helpful with any requests. We wish we would have stayed longer! Absolutely recommended !!!

Everything was very good. The staff were great. The room was perfect for me. The hotel is walking distance to lots of attractions. I would happily stay again.

Presentation was good. Convenient location. Hospitable and accomodating staff. Adjacent local land owner has roosters that start at 0430h for the duration of the day. Unfortunate and reflective in the price.
